No roster to unlock — pick a playstyle, bind Flight, and decide whether to bring a friend.
Be the Citys Villain is not a gacha roster. There is no starter character to reroll and no secret S-tier skin that changes Heat Vision math. You spawn as the super. Rival supers at wanted 55 / 75 / 90 are hunters, not unlocks. This hub is about how players actually show up in the city: solo, duo, public 25-player chaos, and the three playstyles that survive contact with tanks.

Identity: one villain, four axes
Every account uses the same kit:
- Flight for the sky
- Heat Vision for safe demolition
- Ground Slam for quiet-street wanted
- Chest Blast for burst and hunters
Cosmetics can make you look like a different problem. They do not change the upgrade priority. If a shop is selling a cape next to a power node, buy the node that lets you leave a crater.
The “best player” in a session is the one who hits wanted 99 with a kit that still works at 90, not the one with the widest slam at 25.
Playstyles (pick one per run)
Airborne laser (default recommend). Hover, melt facades, relocate. Best solo. Best into gunships. Shop Flight and Heat Vision like they are oxygen. Slam only as a snack. This is the playstyle Getting Started is trying to teach.
Slam rusher (early only). Dump two blocks, fund the shop, then convert into a laser. If you are still a rusher at 55, you are a highlight for the first rival super. Legal in the first district. Illegal as a personality.
Hunter-holder (late). Chest Blast and altitude on a hair trigger, farming only when the sky is empty. This is how 75 and 90 actually fall. It feels slower. It is faster than respawning.
Duo pairs should assign farmer (slam snacks + laser) and peel (laser + blast) rather than two rushers. Public strangers cannot be assigned. They are extra demolition.
Solo vs bring a friend vs public 25
Solo. Fully supported. You own every shop mistake. You also own every clean hover. Read Survive the Army before you blame the tanks.
Duo. Online co-op, not split-screen-only. Voice is the real power. Shared heading, staggered shop, peel on hunter ticks. Details in Co-op Tips.
Public (max 25). A city with several villains is louder, funnier, and worse for crater camping. Relocate when someone else opens your block. Do not grief takeoffs. Do not advertise executors — see Scripts.
Free-to-play, released 12 July 2026, No brainer studio. You do not need a second character slot. You need a second habit: leave the street.
What “players” searches usually want
People land here looking for a unit list because other Roblox wikis have one. Useful substitutes:
- Best starter → you. Then Flight. Upgrade Powers.
- Best team comp → farmer + peel, both with Flight.
- PVP ranking → rival supers are PVE hunters at fixed wanted gates, plus whatever chaos other humans bring on a 25-player server.
- Controls → Controls, PC and mobile, with the live HUD as the authority.
- Codes for a new account → Codes Hub, no invented strings.
- Medic / heals → Medic Pass — spawn 3 bandages, close heals, instant teammate revive. Duo tool, not a solo win.
- Badges → Badges — Welcome, Wanted Level 99, Wanted Level 300. No invented fourth award.
Session hygiene
Join from the official listing on the links hub. If the title shows [Update 1], you are on the live build described in Update 1. Private servers can lag behind; hunter timing and shop labels may differ.
Warm up one takeoff and one beam on a low building before you pick a landmark. Most “this game is broken” first impressions are unbound Flight plus a slam into a tank.
If you are teaching a friend, let them buy Flight with their own bounty. Covering a street-level partner all night is not co-op, it is babysitting a donation.
