That paragraph is the patch note. Everything on this wiki — guides, tier list, tools — is a way to play that paragraph well.

What Update 1 is not

• Not a new playable roster. You are still the villain (Players Hub).
• Not a reason the win moved off 99.
• Not a confirmed codes table. If the studio dropped a string with the prefix, it will appear on Codes after verification, not as a guess like UPDATE1.
• Not a verified script season. Scripts remains a safety page.
• Not split-screen-only. Co-op is online; max 25 players in a server.

Practical changes you should assume on a branded build

Title prefixes almost always come with a shutdown. Do this checklist the first session after you notice [Update 1]:

1. Rebind check. Open Settings. Confirm Flight is not under shop. Controls.
2. Shop labels. Node names may have shuffled. Axes have not: mobility, laser, slam, blast. Spend with upgrade priority.
3. Hunter timing. 55 / 75 / 90 are still the published gates. If a window feels earlier, play it as earlier — then report the feeling as an observation, not as a wiki invention.

What to practice in this build

Update 1 is a fundamentals patch in the only sense that matters: the live city is the syllabus.

• Takeoff after every slam (Getting Started).
• Heat Vision from a hover once armor exists (powers tier list).
• Chest Blast reserved for rival commits (Survive the Army).
• 99 via medium buildings, not a greed landmark (Reach Wanted 99).
• Duo as farmer + peel, not two craters (Co-op Tips).

If a later update adds a fifth power or retunes gunships, this page will shrink to history and a new sibling will take the “live” job. Until then, do not sit idle waiting for Update 2 to make slam safe. Slam is not safe. That is the design.

Known unknowns (labeled)

We have not independently confirmed, and therefore will not state as fact:

• Exact bounty-per-building numbers
• Exact HP of tanks / gunships / mechs
• Whether bounty is shared in a party
• A published keybind table
• A studio-authored S–D tier list
