Be the Citys Villain Medic Game Pass

Bandages, close heals, instant revives — optional Robux for duos who already know how to leave the street.

Medic Pass

The Medic game pass is a real, listed Roblox pass on Be the Citys Villain (pass id 1933166609). It is paid Robux, not a mid-run bounty node and not a promo code. This page repeats the official description and then talks about when that description is worth your money. We will not invent extra heals, extra lives, or a solo god-mode the listing does not promise.

Official promise, in plain language:

  • You spawn with 3 bandages.
  • You can heal teammates by standing close.
  • You can instantly revive teammates.

That is the whole kit. If a thumbnail adds damage reduction, bounty multipliers, or “Medic skips wanted 55,” it is advertising, not the pass.

Where Medic sits in the player identity

This is still not a roster game. You are the same super: Flight, Heat Vision, Ground Slam, Chest Blast. Medic does not replace any axis on the powers tier list. It does not open a fifth shop row. It is a co-op convenience layer on top of the kit the Players Hub already describes.

Read Co-op Tips before you buy. If you and a friend still slam the same crater, Medic will revive you into the same mech. The pass rewards pairs who already split farmer and peel, already stagger shops, and already leave a downed pit instead of stacking corpses.

What the three bullets actually mean in a run

Spawn with 3 bandages. You join a session with a small heal inventory. We will not invent bandage HP, cooldown, or whether they refill on death. Play what the HUD shows. If a bandage is a throw or a self-hold, the live prompt wins this wiki. Use them on a roof or behind mass, not in a tank sightline. A heal animation in the street is still a street death.

Heal teammates by standing close. This is proximity support, not a beam from three districts away. The Medic has to be there. That makes Flight even more important, not less: you cannot close a gap if takeoff is slow, and you should not close a gap that is still a hunter arena. Walk in after the commit is over. Hover above, drop, tick the heal, leave.

Instant revive teammates. This is the headline. A downed farmer can become a recoverable mistake instead of a full reset — if the pickup is not inside the thing that downed them. Instant does not mean invulnerable. Instant means you skip a long downed timer when the space is already safe enough to stand in.

None of those bullets heal the army. Tanks still own boulevards. Gunships still lead straight hovers. Rival supers still hunt at 55 / 75 / 90. Survive the Army remains the manual.

When Medic is worth buying

Worth it if most of these are true

  • You already duo on voice more nights than you solo.
  • You already close wanted 99 or consistently die to a partner’s downtime, not to your own missing Flight.
  • You want longer endless sessions — including Wanted 300 commutes — without treating every down as a reset.
  • You understand you will still buy Flight on both accounts. Medic is not a street-level babysitter license.

Not worth it if

  • You mainly solo. Bandages and teammate revive have no partner to land on. The pass does not claim to replace your own deaths with a solo extra life.
  • You are still learning takeoff. Spend time in Getting Started and controls, not Robux.
  • You want a power advantage into hunters. Medic does not add Chest Blast damage.
  • You are buying it because a video said “best pass.” Best pass is the one whose three bullets you will use.

We will not quote a Robux price here; the live pass page is the authority and it can move. We will not list fake alternate passes. Medic is the one verified game pass this wiki will name until the studio ships another we can describe from the official text.

Duo usage (the only good loadout)

Put Medic on the peel villain more often than the farmer. Peel already lives in the air, already holds blast, already watches the sky. When the farmer drops at the edge of a district, peel clears the immediate threat, then closes for the instant revive. Farmer-with-Medic can work if peel is the one who dies — swap on the next session if your deaths are lopsided.

Pickup sequence that does not throw

  1. Call the down. Farmer (or whoever is up) leaves the crater first if the hunter or mech still owns it.
  2. Peel spends Chest Blast only if the threat is still committed. Do not waste the hunter insurance on the revive animation.
  3. Close only when the space is a roof, a far facade, or a street with no barrel on it.
  4. Instant revive. Both take off. Do not shop while hugging.
  5. Stagger the next panel: one watches, one buys Flight if takeoff just failed.

Do not revive in the hunter pit at 55, 75, or 90. That is how Medic becomes a double-kill button. Play the rival supers window, then pick up.

Public 25-player strangers are not your teammates. Standing close to a random to “Medic them” is how you eat someone else’s mech. Party-up, voice up, then spend the three bandages on the person you queued with.

What Medic will not do

  • Will not skip badges. Welcome, Wanted 99, and Wanted 300 still require the meter and the join, not a pass.
  • Will not share bounty. Each villain still spends their own purse on upgrade powers.
  • Will not make scripts safer. A Medic buyer with an executor is still an account risk.
  • Will not replace a code. There are still no verified public promo strings as of Sep 2026.

Buy order relative to skill, not relative to slam

If you have Robux burning a hole: bind Flight, finish a clean early run, play one duo night with farmer/peel and no pass, then decide. If that night died to downtime in a safe street, Medic will pay. If that night died to gunships and stacked slams, Medic will hide the lesson for one revive and then charge you again.

The pass is a small, honest co-op tool. Use it like one. The city still wants you in the air.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, wanted 99, bounty upgrades, and army fights.

What does the Medic game pass do in Be the Citys Villain?

The official listing says you spawn with 3 bandages, heal teammates by standing close, and instantly revive teammates. Pass id 1933166609.

Is Medic worth buying for solo play?

Usually no. The described tools are teammate heals and revives. Solo villains should spend time on Flight and the wanted 99 route first.

Who should hold Medic in a duo?

Usually the peel villain, who already watches the sky. Revive only after the crater is no longer owned. See Co-op Tips.

Does Medic help with badges?

It can keep a duo alive longer on the way to Wanted 99 or 300. It does not unlock badges by itself.

Are there other verified game passes?

Medic is the pass this wiki can describe from official text. We will not invent a second pass to look complete.
