Be the Citys Villain Welcome, Wanted 99, Wanted 300

Three live Roblox badges. Join, win at 99, then endure to 300 if you want the flex — no secret statue required.

Roblox Badges

Be the Citys Villain currently lists three Roblox badges: Welcome, Wanted Level 99, and Wanted Level 300. That is the live set we can name. This page is honest unlock guidance, not a ARG walkthrough. We will not add a fourth badge, a secret roof collectible, or a code that grants Wanted 300. If the studio ships another award, it will appear here after it exists on the experience page.

You do not need a script to badge hunt. You do not need a verified promo string — there still are not any as of September 2026. You need the official place, the four-power kit, and the patience the wanted meter actually asks for.

Welcome

What it is. The onboarding badge. In Roblox destruction games this almost always fires when you first join the experience and make it past spawn.

How to unlock it without inventing chores. Join from the official listing on the links hub. Wait until Flight responds and the wanted meter is visible. Take off once so you are sure you are in the live city, not a stuck load. Then check your Roblox inventory.

If it does not pop. Rejoin the live place (title may read [Update 1]). Private copies and lookalike experiences will not award the real badge. We will not tell you to punch a specific statue, find a hidden alley, or type a slogan in chat. If Welcome is delayed, it is a Roblox grant hiccup or a wrong place — not a puzzle this wiki failed to leak.

New villains should treat Welcome as a side effect of Getting Started, not as a goal that replaces learning takeoff.

Wanted Level 99

What it is. The win receipt. The listing’s contract is reach wanted 99. The badge is the platform’s way of remembering that you did.

How to unlock it. Play the loop: destroy city geometry, spend bounty mid-run, survive tanks / gunships / mechs, beat rival supers at 55 / 75 / 90, tick 99. The procedure is Reach Wanted 99. Supporting pages: farm bounty, Survive the Army, rival supers, upgrade priority.

Honest constraints.

  • Dying before 99 means you try again. There is no lobby trophy that substitutes for the meter.
  • Co-op is optional. A partner can peel; they cannot tick your badge by standing near 99 if you are dead. Assume badges are per account, per run that you finish.
  • The Medic pass can keep a duo in the session. It does not grant 99.
  • Endless after 99 is extra. You already earned this badge when the meter said 99, even if you reset right after.

If 99 feels impossible. You do not have a badge problem. You have a Flight or hunter-window problem. Go back to Getting Started and the army guide. Do not buy an executor because a thumbnail used the badge icon.

Wanted Level 300

What it is. An endurance badge on the same endless loop. It was created 16 August 2026, after launch. It is not a new map and it is not the “true ending.” The true published ending is still 99; 300 is a long commute.

How to unlock it. Keep destroying the city after the win until wanted shows 300, without donating yourself to the army. Full pacing, shop discipline, and chunking (99–150 ego, 150–220 boredom, 220–300 stubborn) live on Wanted 300.

Honest constraints.

  • There is no verified Wanted 300 video on this wiki. We will not reuse a 99 clip as if it were 300, and we will not invent an ID.
  • We will not claim you must do 300 in one sitting unless a studio note says so. What we can say: the meter has to reach 300 on a run you are still in.
  • AFK will not work. Wanted still comes from demolition.
  • Slam-ego at 100 is the default failure. Hover lasers, medium buildings, hold Chest Blast.

If you have not closed 99, do not start a “300 grind.” The 300 page will just send you back.

What is not a badge

People search this hub looking for roster unlocks, game-pass awards, and code badges. Useful translations:

  • Best character badge — there is no roster. You are the villain. Players Hub.
  • Medic badge — Medic is a game pass (bandages, close heal, instant revive), not a badge.
  • Update 1 badge — the live title prefix is a patch breadcrumb, not an award. Update 1.
  • Code badge — no verified public strings as of Sep 2026. Codes.
  • Hunter badges at 55 / 75 / 90 — those are skill checks, not extra Roblox awards we can list.

If a third-party site shows twenty badges with made-up names, it is scraping a different game or inventing rows. Trust the Roblox experience badge list over a slideshow.

Practical badge night

  1. Join the official place. Welcome should take care of itself.
  2. Run a clean early session: Flight first, laser from a hover, slam as a snack.
  3. Play hunter windows as bosses. Tick 99. Screenshot. That is two of three badges for most accounts.
  4. Only then decide whether tonight is a Wanted 300 commute. Duo with peel/farm if you want Medic safety nets.
  5. Stop when it is not fun. Ninety-nine already counted. Three hundred is optional proof you like the city more than the win screen.

Check the badge list on the Roblox site if a grant is late; this wiki cannot force a platform award. We can only tell you which three names are real and which grind actually matches them.

Play the live city. Collect the receipts. Ignore the fake catalog.
